1/22 Test CTB/Squat/Pullup Event 10:01 – not bad. Just need to change the rep scheme I went with a bit and I bet I can shave a minute off + Alt EMOM 30 min @ 70-75% effort: min 1: 45 sec row min 2: 45 sec ski min 3: 45 sec bike
